At The Rainbow Stores, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
